Who is jom99 and Why We Exist
Jom99 was born from a genuine need within the Malaysian user community for an online entertainment platform that could truly be trusted — not just a website full of ads and empty promotions, but a platform that genuinely puts user satisfaction and safety first. From day one, we have stood firmly by these principles: players are our priority.
We understand that the Malaysian online entertainment market is full of options, and not every platform delivers a consistent and transparent experience. That is why jom99 was built on modern technology infrastructure, payment processes integrated with local banking systems, and a customer support system that operates around the clock. We never want our users to feel confused, overlooked, or left without answers.
Jom99's Mission and Vision
Jom99's mission is simple yet meaningful: to provide every Malaysian user with a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform, regardless of where they are or what device they use. We believe quality online entertainment should not be a privilege for a select few — it should be accessible to everyone in a responsible way.
Our long-term vision is to become the number one online entertainment platform in Malaysia — not just in terms of member count, but more importantly, in terms of trust, satisfaction, and user experience. We measure our success not by numbers alone, but through the positive feedback from members who keep coming back because they genuinely enjoy their experience at jom99.
"We don't just offer games. We build a community of members who trust this platform as a safe and enjoyable entertainment destination."
Jom99's Commitment to Security and Fairness
One thing we never compromise on at jom99 is security. Every transaction on our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by international banking and financial institutions. Members' personal data is stored on secure servers with strict access controls, and we never sell or share members' personal information with third parties without consent.
On game fairness, jom99 only partners with licensed game providers that use independently audited and certified Random Number Generators (RNG). This means every slot spin, every card draw, and every game outcome on jom99 is genuine and cannot be manipulated — by anyone, including the platform itself.
A Payment System Fully Integrated with Malaysia
Jom99 understands that convenient deposits and withdrawals are a core part of an enjoyable experience. We have integrated our platform with the most popular payment methods in Malaysia — including DuitNow, FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and a range of other local e-wallets. Deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are typically completed in under 5 minutes during normal banking hours.
For members who prefer crypto transactions, jom99 also accepts several major cryptocurrencies as an alternative payment method, offering greater flexibility for members with different needs.
Responsible Gaming — More Than Just a Slogan
At jom99, responsible gaming is not merely a public relations campaign — it is part of our platform's DNA. We provide practical tools that enable our members to actively manage their gaming habits, including daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and the option to temporarily suspend their account if needed.
We also work closely with problem gambling support organisations in Malaysia to ensure members who need help can access it easily. If you or someone you know feels that gaming is starting to affect daily life, we encourage you to visit Responsible Gaming ours for guides and available support resources.
